NO SHOWS/SAME-DAY CANCELLATION
I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. That said, when a no show or same-day cancellation occurs, I don't have the opportunity to fill your reserved time. Unfortunately, that means both time and income are lost.

Because of this, no shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% service fee. This amount will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
I know that things come up, and sometimes schedules need adjusting. If you do need to cancel or move your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice. This allows me enough time to offer your spot to someone on my waitlist and keep everything running smoothly.

At 48 hours a 25% service fee will apply and is required before rescheduling.

At 24 hours a 75% service fee will apply and is required before rescheduling.

LATE POLICY
Running late happens-life is busy! If you're ever running behind, please reach out and let me know.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust parts of your service​ to make sure we stay on schedule. If you're over 30 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation under my policy.
This helps keeping the day flowing smoothly for all clients.
REDO POLICY
My goal is always for you to leave feeling confident and in love with your hair. If for any reason you are unhappy with the outcome, please reach out to me within 72 hours of your service, and (within reasonable limits) I'll be happy to do everything we can to tweak it to your liking.
If more than a week has passed since your original appointment, I am still glad to make adjustments, but they may be scheduled and charged as a new appointment.

FAQ/CONSENT & LIABILITY AGREEMENT
-Why are all of your services listed as a package instead of a la carte?
I believe healthy, beautiful hair comes from more than just color. It's about the full experience and long term care. That's why every service includes a haircut and treatment. This ensures your hair's health is maintained, and you leave with the best possible results every time. ​
-Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
Not necessarily! Your hair doesn't need to be freshly washed for your appointment.
The only time I recommend washing beforehand is if your hair has heavy build up of products, oils, or sweat-this helps me start with a clean canvas and ensures the best results.

Jordan Marie Hairstylist – Consent & Liability Agreement I acknowledge that hairstyling services, including but not limited to chemical treatments, coloring, cutting, and styling, may involve certain risks. These risks can include discomfort, skin or scalp irritation, allergic reactions, breakage, dryness, or other unexpected side effects. I understand that my stylist will take all reasonable precautions to minimize risks and protect the integrity of my hair. I confirm that I have disclosed to Jordan Marie Hairstylist any and all relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities that may impact the hairstyling services being performed. I understand that withholding such information may increase the risk of adverse reactions and that I am fully responsible for the consequences of nondisclosure. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Jordan Marie Hairstylist from any and all claims, demands, damages, or actions that may arise as a result of the hairstyling services provided. I agree to hold Jordan Marie Hairstylist harmless from liability of any kind, including but not limited to claims arising out of negligence. I understand that while my stylist will always act with professionalism and care, results may vary depending on the condition of my hair and previous treatments. No specific results are guaranteed, particularly with chemical or color services. I understand that this Consent and Liability Agreement will remain valid and in effect for all future services with Jordan Marie Hairstylist unless revoked by me in writing.
